Ilersis has recently installed a new panel saw in its industrial carpentry area. This acquisition improves the automation of production processes and the energy and operational efficiency of the workshop.
The incorporation of this technology has been made possible thanks to financial support from the Fundación Once, through its Regional Infrastructure Plan, which has helped to consolidate 37 jobs for people with disabilities in this production area.
In addition, the new machine has made it possible to launch a specialised job-training process for the team of professionals working there, with the aim of encouraging their versatility and internal promotion, as well as enhancing their autonomy in the workplace.
