La Màxima theatre company premieres the second season of the video podcast ‘A Màxima Veu’

La compañía de teatro La Màxima estrena la segunda temporada del videopódcast «A Màxima Veu»

La Màxima, Fundació Privada Ilersis's inclusive theatre company, has premiered a new edition of the video podcast A Màxima Veu, this time focused on discussing and reflecting on human rights.

Following the first three-episode season, released in summer 2025, in which they talked about the origins, present and future of the theatre company, the new episodes raise questions about human rights. This is a highly significant topic for the participants, both as people involved in the world of culture and the arts and as people with disabilities.

The podcast, produced by La Factoria del Pòdcast by Carles Pedra, is hosted by company artist Jaume Pont. In this first episode of the second season, he is joined by Rosa Sala, an artist with La Màxima, and lawyers Esther Sancho and David Gil, members of the Human Rights Committee of the Il·lustre Col·legi de l’Advocacia de Lleida (Lleida Bar Association).

The first episode discusses what human rights are and reflects on whether they are truly respected and what we should do as a society when they are violated.

La Màxima is Ilersis's performing arts project, committed to social transformation by giving diversity visibility on stage. Through this video podcast, the company's artists talk about their day-to-day lives and share experiences and reflections on theatre, disability and other social issues.
